Its a grainy photo but they appear to be Hughes OH-6/MD 500 birds to me. American.

We can barely teach them fairly basic close quarters combat, I have a hard time believing there’s enough competent pilots to fly that many little birds in a formation close enough for a photo.

I like how Biden gets all the blame for the loser conclusion to the loser 20 year engagement we had over there. We should have never been there in the first place. The whole affair was an embarrassment.

This very thing came up in a conversation I was having with my wife last night about how Biden yanked the U.S. troops out as fast as he could and left behind "BILLIONS" of dollars worth of military equipment.
Not only that, he abandoned the very people who were working with the U.S. to help track down and fight the Taliban to face their brutal retribution. I seriously doubt many of those people are drawing breaths now.
