What's funny about that? The Suez Canal is open (you know, unless a 400m long container ship is sideways in the 200m wide canal) to ALL shipping that sails the high seas, including warships.

My guess is one of the tugboats helping steer either broke down or came loose and the other one kept going causing it to go sideways
