You did see the behind my post, right? That does indicate I meant it sarcastically, right? Because I meant it sarcastically.

Not necessarily. Was probably sketchy af at best, and if he didn't want his dirty laundry aired for years and years ad nauseum, then you settlke, er, pay off.

Maybe. But she wouldn't be the first woman to have consensual sex with a celebrity then make a rape claim after the fact to extort them for a big payday. The panties she turned over to police for evidence had jizz that DNA showed was from another guy. More likely IMO that Kobe wasn't guilty of anything beyond cheating on his wife.

I honestly believe he just cheated on his wife and that's it. He didn't rape that girl.

ANYWAYS RIP Kobe Bean Bryant, Gigi Bryant, and the others that perished. You are loved and will be missed.

Don't care about SJWs or Kobe, but it's funny to see people get worked up at each other. Lots of fun for trolls.

It was so obvious that the case was dismissed when the girl chose not to testify.

Maybe he did rape her, and that would be absolutely horrible, but I wouldn't say it was "obvious."

I don't need to reread all that.

I vividly remember it all unfolding back in the day. That bitch was lying. She didn't go up to Kobe's room at 11pm to not frick him.

She had multiple dude's DNA in her undergarments, rape kit was consistent with multiple dudes in one day. The accuser tried to be on American Idol and America's Got Talent, obviously wanted some fame. She's also prescribed lithium.

I'm not saying it wasn't a rape, I'm just saying "The dude was obviously a rapist" is a very incorrect sentence.

Or it was worth paying to make her shut up and get out of the public eye. Only 2 people know what happened and both had financial reason to lie. But sure just assume some slutty, hotel worker wouldn’t try to cash in.

Not necessarily. She worked at the front desk of the lodge where he had a room. She gave him a tour of the property then later went back to his room.

When she reported the alleged rape and they tried to gain medical evidence from her, there was a problem. She had sex with someone else 15 hrs after she said the rape happened.

To have something like that go to trial and continue to play out in the media would only continue to damage his image.

Even if she was lying, it would have been cheaper just to pay her off than to have it continue to play out in the media.

Maybe he did do it, I have no idea.. But there is always two sides of the story when it comes to women accusing professional athletes of rape.
