So DNA evidence, her blood on his shirt, torn fourchette (which usually - but admittedly not always - happens during child birth or forced entry), other vagina tears, bruising below her jawline, Kobe admitting to cops he held her like that, Kobe admitting it because he likes to basically choke during sex including a Michelle repeatedly (just not with his wife).

Yup. No raping here

Isn't it possible Kobe who admittedly like to get rough with women not his wife during sex got carried away and treated this woman like he did the Michelle he told cops he always did same "shite" with?

I think It's possible that she was a masochist and consented to it all, but calling her a whore and a gold digger doesn't prove this at all.

I think he said/she said stuff is tough to find anyone guilty especially when some stuff is consensual, but the medical evidence of bruising, her blood on his shirt, fourchette tearing, other vaginal tearing, and his admitting a proclivity towards choking during sex with women that aren't his wife are a good start.

It was at least enough for him to settle and his lawyers to beat her down with stuff that didn't prove she consented to above.
