There is plenty of information and evidence to believe their was a rape or, alternatively, to believe it was a regret and/or opportunistic false allegation. Regardless of which you believe to be true, if you fail to recognize you easily could be wrong, you're either an idiot or extremely biased.

More like someone rich and famous thinking they can do what they want, and if anything comes up that person can just be paid off later or made out to be a lower human being through their lawyers and public relations staff. Race has nothing to do with it except in your mind I guess.

If someone consents to sex or other intimate actions does that automatically grant the other person consent to do whatever they want sexually including choking, leaving bruises, and rough sex that left blood traces of her blood on his shirt? Does adding in race or being a famous athlete change that?

I will admit those don't absolutely prove there wasn't consent, but don't make the woman out to be a liar or whore & play race card because you idolize Kobe.

there are some facts. Hell, the simple fact that she refused to testify in the criminal trial, but took a settlement is a fact that could lead someone to believe that. It's not conclusive and plenty of reasonable people in her shoes, even assuming she was indeed raped, would do the same thing.

I'm just saying, lots of people in this thread are convinced they know what happened. The reported evidence isn't overwhelming either way.

My guess is that it went further than she wanted/consented to and they both knew it. However, I don't hold that opinion too strongly because she could just be an opportunistic gold digger.
