Maybe some interesting things to talk about but the over-arching premise seems to be:

'If I have strong enough feelings about my argument to broadly display one or many of a wide range of human emotions, then I am right and you are wrong.'

Would they (the SJWs promoting this newspeak manifesto disguised as advice and strategy to combat their adversaries) then accept arguments counter to their positions when delivered in a highly emotional tone?

See? In so many public debates, it seems to me that it's the LEFT side of things that holds the position of arrogance when it comes to how "sensible," "reasonable," and "intellectual," they are.
I could not disagree with this more. Both sides have their nuts, but from years of experience, having worked with a variety of political environments, I have found the left to be far more shrill and emotional.

Conservatives in general are more likely to grin and bear an opinion with which they disagree, whereas liberals are far more likely to shout down an opposing opinion. I've seen liberals harass people in public places who were demonstrating for a conservative cause or supporting a conservative candidate.

I've seen them shout down and boo conservatives at supposedly high-class, nonprofit fundraisers which had little or nothing to do with politics. I once saw John Warner get heckled by a liberal crowd at a National Parks Conservation Association event while he was giving a speech about preserving historic sites in Virginia. It didn't matter that everyone was there supporting the same cause. No, that John Warner is one of those evil Republicans, and should not be allowed to talk.

They're like bitchy, pouty little children.

There are many exceptions, but this is the general pattern. I've seen it a hundred times. After Obama was elected and the DC landscape began to be dominated by this nonsense, I GTFO. Life is too short for that shite.

My experience has been the opposite.

This is my take on conservatives. Look at all the whiny threads like this one on this board.

Who's whining? We're just pointing out the irrational demands of some others.

And I don't know what your experience is, but I lived it for close to 20 years.

BTW, I've always preferred the "bro" alter squad to the mustaches.

I like how people think that just because something is important to them, everyone must shut up and listen to them. What makes you so fricking special? Answer?

frick you. You aren't special or important. That has been an honor only very few on this planet are, have been, or ever will be given. You'll know it when it happens. Right now, you and me don't mean shite. Our kids don't mean shite, our parents and families don't mean shite. Stop pretending like your opinion a) matters and b) carries enough weight to be listened to.

Okay. If I am ever in a conversation with a SJW that results in them yelling at me, I will interject with:

(While yelling ) "before we go any further , can you tell me how far out from your mouth does your personal space extend?"

Him/her- "what?"

Me- "like, how much space do you consider to be your own personal space? One foot? Two feet? Three, four?" How far out from that ignorant mouth of yours does your imaginary circle extend?"

Him/her- "why does it matter? I don't like your tone! What does this have to do with anything!"

Me- " just answer the fricking question."

Him/her- " I guess 3 feet! This is dumb so I ask again, what does this have to do with anything!"

Me - "okay.....three feet.(as I step to a distance of three feet from them) Proceed to show them the true art of yelling. Blast every response and rebuttal out ala Will Muschamp at a referee. See if that is how they really want to play the game.

I'm a fan of polite argument, but the presentation about tone policing is largely true. People who are angry at their mistreatment by mainstream society should not be told "to keep it down."

They aren't children and you aren't their parents.

Right.

Some children are well behaved and can communicate without throwing a tantrum.

It appears they've created a logical fallacy for their own convenience. It's quite amusing.
