Facts dont matter. Rules dont matter. Laws dont matter.

shite, look at Starbucks, now the CEO thinks he needs to allow all locations to become squatters hangouts to keep black people happy. He apologized to them for breaking his rules, then forced all of his hipster employees into racial awareness training.

This is just another bullshite deal.

The only thing that seems to still work is putting these type situations into the hands of the criminal justice system. When all the bullshite quiets, none of this usually matters in the outcome of these cases, when objectivity takes over.

You're right, but two things:

A) noncompliance =/= threatening the life of an officer. This case is obviously different, but fearing for your life has to have a higher threshold than noncompliance.

B) Many of the people who say this are pro 2nd amendment and anxiously await the chance to fight the government.

While true, non compliance is no reason to kill someone.

I don't understand the outrage. They used 110 rounds on that Hispanic fella a couple months back. Looks like California police are improving. Only put thirty in this fine upstanding member of society.

Non compliance is a pretty big deal when it can get the officer killed if the suspect is armed.

The video of cops shooting the guy on the ground in that hotel hallway is probably the worst police shooting instances I've seen.

There have been horrible and unfortunate cop shootings and beatings by cops of various races against victims of various. But such shootings are thankfully rare, if one goes by mere facts and statistics. It’s way down on the list of problems in the country. Doesn’t merit blocked interstates, screams of white supremacy, and general outrage which needlessly divides.

Right, just like the police weren't trying to shoot Yarber, just his car.

No one is advocating for killing someone for pulling away while being handcuffed

Im not saying the account from the Sacramento Bee is wrong, but is there footage to prove this is what happened? I am just asking, because if not, it's the word of the cops vs people who were in the car, or witnessed the whole episode.

Wouldn't it be prudent to shoot out the tires? Or is that too dangerous as well?

I'm pro 2nd amendment, as are most(maybe all)of the people I associate with. Yet I've never met a single person who

the bigger problem with this story is the MSM reporting the comments of a plaintiff's lawyer and community activists as "news"

these lawyers and activists have the most to gain by spreading dissension

ETA: a family member said the car was not stolen, the car owner was inside the car. So why did Butchie try to run?

You're an idiot. Get out of the way? When a threat comes at you, you neutralize it. It's a fine line that cops have to pay even more attention to these days because of all you sugar puff liberal idiots think that it's just that easy...get out of the way. How do they know this driver won't have a gun as they leave and shoot back? Once the driver drove at the cops full speed, he turned the vehicle into a threat. I can't imagine trying to convince anyone to become a cop these days with these unbearable rules the media and race baiting pocket lining selfish pricks keep pushing.

How is it not?
When asked, we are told.

Then everyone with a non-hunting sporting rifle (did I use the non-trigger term) has the gun, for "fun" or to one day fight the government. Are we standing up for "fun" or for "rights".

Out of all these high profile police shooting cases recently, the only one i’m truly pissed about is Tamir Rice, with Philando Castille a distant second place.

Everyone else either had it coming or acted REALLY stupidly to the cops.
