You can’t possibly equate raising a kid as a Christian to stopping their natural growth and giving them surgery. That’s just insane and an incredibly chicken shite excuse. A child can be raised as a devil worshipper, or whatever evil you want to name, but at least he has the opportunity as an adult to change. Causing permanent physical damage to a kid who doesn’t understand the decision they are making is infinitesimally more consequential than the example you gave.

You’ve essentially said a parent can abuse their kid in whatever way they want, and the government should never be able to step in to protect a child.

You aren’t causing anyone discomfort. Maybe you should try being discomfortable though by looking inward at your flawed rationale, and realize that you are ok with innocent children being physically abused in whatever manner by their parents and that nobody at any point should ever step in to protect those that can’t protect themselves.

When we got to the window the 2 employees weighed about 1200 pounds. As we drove away I said "Damn, talk about the foxes being in charge of the hen house". We nearly ran the truck off the road laughing. It was a great moment for us, it would have been incredibly tacky and simply mean spirited to have said it to the 2 employees. That is a huge difference. I would not intentionally hurt another person saying something like that to them, I, like most people, enjoy a good off color remark amongst friends. Like most people we have mean spirited thoughts from time to time....giving voice to them at inappropriate times is just wrong....but if you are hell bent on doing it do it....most likely all you will get is the stink eye. Again, I am not a Christian so I try to treat people like I would like to be treated. I know y'all who claim to be believers also claim you are forgiven for being an a-hole....I get it, life is tough and whatever it takes to get you through your day I reckon is OK....
