You cannot be an attorney. You are one of the least intelligent posters on here; yet, you are more than willing to display that fact every day.

I agree 100% they don’t do it. Obviously good proactive informed competent policing solves this issue but that’s as likely as me winning the lottery.

Just be aware if you are coming here all the thugs are armed

It’s all right there. That’s the best Johnnys in the game as well. They really care about their craft there.

Shall not be infringed.
They’re not legally armed because they have convictions which preclude them from carrying legally open or concealed. And the cops can do a terry stop like they did to normal non criminals in the Atlanta metro area.

You’re an Elmer Fud. Join GOA and stop pimping your broken arse NRA membership.

You have to get a permit to carry in Bama? We don’t have to do that.

There's a Walmart, a bank, and a big open field between Brookshires and the now-defunct KFC/Taco Bell

Alabama became a constitutional carry state on January 1, 2023. That means everyone who can lawfully possess a firearm may LAWFULLY carry it open or concealed (we can discuss the lawfully possess bit later if you are so inclined) What exactly do you think your proposed $5 tax will solve? You can call it a permit if it makes you feel better but it's just another tax on the law abiding..... I'm sure a murderer would opt in paying $5 to avoid some silly add-on charge of not having this $5 permit while out on his killing spree.

We also need to make sure possession of a stolen firearm is a felony with enhanced penalties etc

Already is but your DA buddies plead it down always. Should be mandatory minimum of 10yrs.

It was pretty much in the front of the Walmart and not quite directly across the street if brookshires, no? That Mexican place is in the parking lot of brookshires?

In any case, rest easy Kentucky Fried Taco

You are right, I am mixing open carry and conceal carry. I have both but I really dislike the pistols that fit in my conceal carry hoster.

You have open carry, concealed carry and constitutional carry. All three are different.

I am probably just frustrated after the same shite day after day and I am just brainstorming here but clearly everyone here is 2nd amendment must trump all. (Everyone is a Jason Bourne bad arse until shite goes down. ) Killing another person is hard for most humans, but not these mfers.

I completely understand that and agree you have absolutely a constitutional right to as many firearms as you want. (I probably have more) And you are correct about “Terry stops” maybe the cops are just using that as an excuse.

Mobile is going to go the way of New Orleans, It is just sad.

The DA is another issue completely but look to see who some of his big supporters are and you know it all.

Let me retract my brain storm idea, after further consideration. You guys are correct. Mobile is just a lost cause. I just I will just move across the bay with the rest of the WASP.
