I love Popeye's, but I hope that KFC down the road from them absolutely rape their sales because of their terrible service.

It took those fricking roody poo assholes thirty minutes one time to get me my #3 with an extra biscuit. I almost burnt the place to the ground.

The same shite has happened to me there.

But it seems like every popeyes you always have to "puh fahd" and wait for your food. Especially the shrimp at lent.

Not true, I live in Ft.laud.The one close to me always has the chicken piping hot waiting at the window within seconds of my arrival at the window.

Also, the few ones up in the mid Atlantic and northeast have pretty good service.

Until you go to the one in prairieville shut the frick up. Every time you go there they say it's a 25 min cause they haven't dropped chicken yet. Your order is always wrong and they treat you like shite.

Welcome to the South.

You want to experience culture shock, try eating fast food somewhere in the Midwest or Northwest.

If you want them to prioritize your order in the order in which you placed it, stay at the window - it works wonders. Them, "If you will pull up to the line, we will bring it to you when it is done." You, "Since you didn't do that last time, I'll just stay right here."

The last time we had this thread...about this same exact Popeyes location...I told my story where the last time I went there, I actually had to back up into the drive-through window and tell them that I wasn't leaving until I got my order. I waited almost a half hour before I did that. My food was out the window in about 60 seconds.

F that place. I will not go back. How are they still open? Oh wait...I have an idea on how.

It's a great deal. Fed the family for $20 last weekend. Usually costs closer to $40 after everyone gets what they want.

Sorry you're poor.

Government Street location has their act together too. I've never had to wait.

The Central location has run out of chicken several times. I don't understand this. How does Popeye's run out of chicken?

I used to pull up just enough so the car behind me couldn't get to the window, and they'd always stop cooking kicking chicken and come outside and yell at me.

I know the managers know about telling people to pull up, but I'm curious what the owners think since the drive through wait is timed

Been that way since it opened.

But the chicken was always good, at least.

It's Popeye's. Your expectations are too high.

Anytime I've had to pull up and wait, it's because they're frying the chicken and I get it freshly fried. I'm happy about that.

Look dude, this is supposed to be a constructive thread where we discuss how Popeye's can improve their customer service. We're not here to talk shite about Brad. The kid is doing everything he can and quite frankly I consider him an American hero.

I wish I would have a camera the day we went to McDonalds in a small town in mid-west. My kid's faces were priceless.
