I put up five of these for family and friends approximately 20 times per summer. They're awesome and provide great shade and comfort when needed.

Where's the shade?
Depends on where the sun is
Those shamu shades for beached whales do go perfect with Stanley Cups tho.
The coolest shade and coldest High Noon's anywhere on sand

Going to the beach in the summer is miserable
I only go from late september to early May

Side note: I don't live close enough to a beach to go regularly. I only posted that to hopefully irritate the OP and others like him.

Just got back from setting up my Neso, I put it out front of the resorts beach umbrellas/chairs for maximum view obstruction. Going to have some breakfast, pack up a cooler of cold ones, haul the kids down, come back in at 1pm, go retrieve my Neso around 7pm, then repeat again in the morning.

Why even go to the beach if you want to be in shade.

Public beach. People can do as they please
Oh so people can poop in public? Swim nude? Play Taylor Swift at full blast?
People like you are why we have green jeans. If we could trust folks to be cool and chill out a bit, we wouldn't need all these rules.

I have a small one I really like, doesn’t take up as much space

All of the things you listed are violations of existing law. Sun shades on the beach are not.

Do they not have umbrella service where you guys go?

Bro if the city or state makes a regulation that says "no sunshades on the beach" then it's a law.

All that picture is missing is the fat dad who wears a t shirt all day, even if he gets in the water, or the mexican family with the kids wearing gym shorts as bathing suits.

I don't mind the Neso shades. It's the fricking kite ones without the back ropes that annoy the frick out of me.
They are noisy as frick with the constant flapping flag sound.

Special lambs who get upset because other people are at the beach too. Try not to be a Karen.

Get to the beach earlier you lazy piece of shite

Of all the things to bitch about in this fricked up world that is definitely not one of them. Go stick your umbrella elsewhere on another clear spot.

The divine right of the common man in public spaces never ceases to amaze me. Conscientiousness and consideration for others will always be subordinated to it. Go ahead and set up a frickin circus tent and really stroke yourself.
