She's struggled with anorexia and substance abuse for like 15 years. Actually makes me sad to see what's become of her, especially set right aside her sister (who still looks her age and very healthy).
Mary Kate was the one who was connected to Heath Ledger a decade ago when he passed of an overdose.
But yes, both of them are wealthy enough that they can do all the coke in Miami for a decade and still never have to worry about money. They set themselves up very well back in the day.

I think one of them did. But also, they aren’t identical twins, so they won’t look exactly alike either

Yea if I remember correctly they had their own clothing and accessory line when they were teenagers and tied up with one of the big chain stores and made a boat load of money.

They are identical. Their doctor told their mother, just like all mothers before the discovered otherwise that if born in deifferent placentas they are fraternal. That is now known as false, since if the egg splits soon enough they can have separate ones. The twins have refused to accept that and are adamant about sticking with what was said at their birth. It’s ridiculous.
