People with zero self awareness piss me off. Blocking up the isle with their buggy or just stopping in the middle of a thoroughfare to talk or look at something when the whole crowd is moving. Yelling into their phones in a room of people, loud cursing in a restaurant or fricking with their phone in the turning lane and screwing everyone behind them.
Old people with scratch off lottery tickets are a whole different animal. Look, I’m happy you’ve got 15 tickets you need to check for 3 winners and want to exchange them for 10 different new tickets and pay cash for the balance, but try not to do this during rush hour when the line is 6 deep okay?

This exact situation happened to me yesterday in the waiting room when I had a Drs. visit. Older couple comes hobbling in and the woman is on the phone where I, and everyone else could hear the two-way conversation on speaker phone.
After they check in at the desk, they come sit right next to me and directly under a wall hung TV playing some news show at a high enough volume for all people waiting to hear.
The woman proceeds to talk even louder saying she's having a hard time hearing the person on the phone. I just got up, looked at them both, shook my head and went across the waiting room until called a couple minutes later.
She had absolutely no awareness whatsoever about how rude she was being.
