I’d buy tigerdroppings and turn people’s posts into NFTs.

1) Build affordable housing throughout BelAir, Hollywood, and Martha’s Vineyard.
2) Pay bus fare to send all illegal immigrants to SanFran, DC, and the Hamptons….
3) buy all of the serial poopers in SF tents and relocate them to outside Pelosi’s vineyard
4) hire all 400 remaining NOPD officers at once for private security
5) commission replicas of all of the displaced statues in glowing neon colors and parade them endlessly around the city on flatbed trucks (while playing loud country music)
6) buy naming rights to the Superdome and call it the “TEEDYSUX SUPERDOME”

Buy a couple thousand acre ranch with its own private lake stocked w/ 2 1/2 pound Sac Aux Lait and chill out.

Build a car that actually does get better gas mileage the faster you drive it.
