no...I'd say 80% is conservative estimate. If you lived there, you knew what a free for all that place was. bathrooms, stair wells, the basement. In herget...you could get it!

They said in the article that is because students want more amenities which I get, but part of what I sort of loved about my time at herget was how shitty it was. We were at an age where it was kinda funny and didn't bother us. The rooms were so small it made us leave and socialize in the lobby/patio whatnot. In a weird way I feel like college kids are missing out by getting "more"

I smoked a cig on the 50 yard line in 07. Was able to just walk right in.
The Indian mound sex was the night of the lsu florida game in 07. Wonderful night.
In that area in front of the Pentagon market the Friday before the florida game 180 energy drink set up a tent with hundreds of cases of energy drinks under it out in the open to give away. They left them there overnight and me and a buddy moved most of them in to our dorms. We were wired up for like 3 months on those things.
