I've heard of a few areas off O'Neal north of I12 flooding.

Not sure if it is flooded but I know it's closed. My sister works there....at first they were only allowed a few people at a time in the store, my mom said it's now closed.

For those still in Central, my parents said water from the comite is working down hooper towards joor, shelter at Zoar Baptist Church is about to get hit...parking lot is already flooded.
Many of my friends on FB are still stuck in homes and stranded. Playing the waiting game with the backed up rivers.
Obviously people in immediate physical danger are getting precedence.
