Mentioned it last night....Donna is the worst of the lot and it isn't even close. She has had too many "WTF" comments come out of her mouth.

Maybe Street Beat will punch her in the ovaries on live TV.

We are a tough lot. This will be my 2nd time losing everything and rebuilding our lives over the past decade. Chalmette for Katrina, St Amant this time. It may seem daunting but we will survive, we have too.

Does anybody know why Drago's is coming to town? Are they bringing supplies, or two truckloads of delicious oysters?

Coming to cook. You should have seen the shite that family did for the community after Katrina. Those people are the tits.

Drago's is in the process of opening a restaurant in BTR anyway.

My understanding is that roughly this area didn't go under.

That's about right for Azalea Lakes.

Yeah, it is so bad that I almost feel sorry for her. I don't watch local news enough to know if she has always been this way, but she sounds like she really needs to retire.

Umbrella guy on WAFB looks like what would happen if Biff from "Back To The Future" had a baby with Gary Busey.

She used to be a lot better. I think since she is now the "veteran" of the group, she feels like she can say whatever the frick she wants. It's like she has no filter. And she is always too damned happy in situations like these. I am all about positive vibe, but she goes too far.

Couldn't AT&T just tell em to frick off? They brought temporary towers within a day and a half.

What elevation are the plants? I hope they are plenty high enough. I expect if they dont evacuate the prisons down there, that their plan worked considering it is within the Spanish Lake basin north and east of 74 and 30

Anyone who remembers phone service after Katrina and Gustav will say AT&T can suck a D. They have failed us many times. Call it bad luck that their switching station flooded, but it still looks bad for them.

Damn man. I couldnt imagine going through that again. I guess I was sort of lucky since I hadnt built my own home in chalmette yet and was still up at LSU. Stay strong. Help is on the way.
