Pelican Lakes

That is my concern area along with Fairhill on bluebonnet.

I made it to the apartments of pelican lakes in my truck. Water is mainly bad on entrance road due to the lake overflowing.

Parking lot drains are at capacity but as of 8pm parking lot had very minimal water. The canal that runs behind them from under Burbank SEEMED to be at a steady height.

I will be checking the level of that canal on an hour

How is that area doing? I think it's a little lower than the grade of Burbank, but higher than the grade of Bluebonnet.

Yeah I found it interesting that the gauge stopped at 18.5. 18.5 was so ridiculously large a number they'd never need to go higher. You'd think the gauge maker would just say frick it and go for a round 20.

Good so far

Street drains are full as of 5 min ago but no water in street. Any additional water backing up will begin to full street

Thanks. What about that new development sort of behind Spring Lake/Fairhill? I forget what it's called. I think it backs up to the soccer fields.

So it's infinitely superior to the newer "fancy pants" Super Duties out there just for that.

I'm in Fairhill and the lake is a little high, but the streets were dry. We may see the drains overflow in the roads though. They were pretty full when I was driving around at around 7.

That's my thought at Lakes Edge. Water level stabilized so water flowing over Nicholson must be finding lower ground. Hopefully it can keep spreading until back flow stops.

I should have put a bead of caulk on my mother in laws doors. Caulk that shite tight and unseal it later. Had the time since she's no longer there.
I'd think caulk would work better than sand bags to seal it.
Coulda shoulda woulda I guess.

Harveston is the development behind Springlake. I think they are similar to Springlake for now. I haven't gone back there though

That's The Preserve at Harveston.

Haven't seen the area since 7, but it was doing fine other than an abnormally high front lake. CP3 was right - about the same elevation as Fairhill.

I may just try and catch a quick nap and head back out closer to 3.

What time would you predict a significant rise along bluebonnet,
