Police need to profile and the state needs to have the harshest sentencing in the entire country.
Also, “these people” need to be offered a free bus ride to NYC and drop them off Texas style. Once they see how great NYC is they will never come back to New Orleans.

It is a heavily alcohol induced zip code. You will never ever no matter who is in charge get this fixed without stricter laws which we both know cant/wont pass because or revenue. Probably NOLA's only brightspot.

have been told that they only use the uniform presence for big events, and they have an undercover crew that basically bar hops and calls in trouble. They don't get involved unless it's a last resort because they "drink to blend in"
How do I apply?

Y’all heard about the woman killed in the robbery in the 700 block of St Peter?

I have zero desire to step foot in that part of town.
That's been since the 1990s for me.

Yes. Absolutely tragic.

Remember that used to be "the one area in New Orleans they keep safe"?
InB4 some dumbass born after 2003 comes to tell us that it was even more dangerous in the 90s.

Katrinians are like locusts. Or roaches. They finished off the Sharpstown area of Houston and spread out.

What do you expect it’s a democrat controlled town. Sad, they turned a beautiful historic city into a shite hole. You take your life into your own hands when you step into that demon nest.

Paywall and they don’t take cash.
You are going to need to quote the article.

Which is why I said finished off Sharpstown!
And you must know very many because there are still plenty of Katrinians dug in like chigger bugs all over Houston.

They ruin everything and can make you irrelevant.

Lemme guess. Those "get togethers" are every two weeks, correct?
I’m sure there is a sly innuendo in there, but I’m not getting it. What is it?

quote:So, stay away from the historic tourist party areas of New Orleans and only go out to have fun during the day time and don’t go out at night.
In my opinion, as a lifelong N.O. Resident, starting from Canal Street, the first 6 blocks of Bourbon are trashy, seedy, disgusting and potentially very dangerous. Stay away from that part of the Quarter and your chances of getting robbed, hassled, shot or assaulted drop dramatically. I suggest you start early, do some day drinking, take advantage of the 3 for 1 specials and go home as soon as it gets dark.
You New Orleanians are hilarious.
