antitrust suit about what though? i think it's pretty well established that states have the power to regulate/license their legal professions. when was the last major slap? was it the advertising case in the 70s?

Is it possible for someone to have taken the exam, but not be on the list? Or do some use an alias?
Just wondering, know someone who took it, but don't see their name.

Most of their students take and pass the July exam. Plus, Tulane typically has a lot more people taking other bar exams and not La.

There was a barbri suit several years ago. I got a small check and a pencil I think.

This is a shot in the dark, but anybody taking the Kaplan bar prep course? This is the first year it's offered. I want to take it over barbri next year but I don't want to get screwed. Seems they have some solid instructors though.

I don't know if I'd chance it. Stick with the proven course and don't be a guinea pig. Barbri isn't perfect, but it gets the job done.

When I took it, I had a really understated alias in case I failed. I used my uncle's, who has a John Everyman kinda name. Then I had those extra answer sheet stickers with his name on to give him.
