I'm 41 and vaguely remember Glen Oaks being a decent neighborhood. La Fondas in this area was awesome. Basically anything north of Old Hammond is shite now. I think BR will look like Jackson, MS in 10-15 years.

3 years at best. It's been coming for a long time. I grew up in Villa Del Rey and then my dad told me we were moving to Denham Springs because of having to ride a bus or some shite. I didn't know where it was as a kid and it seemed far away.

There's more to do than just Wendy's in that area. You got several motels, Cortana mall, drugs, hookers, as well as a place that serves food from your home country within walking distance.

That's because they have a hiring standard that they won't deviate from and is actually baked into their DNA.
McDonald's, Wendy's, Popeyes, Church's Chicken, KFC, Burger King and others will hire anyone with a pulse. They fail to realize or simply don't care about how bad hires affect their brand and image.
