On your chart you can see a pretty good drop after OJ murdered 2 people but it seemed to recover after that.

Orange Juice has as much sugar as a coke.

Why are you dumb?

Ounce for ounce Coke has like 10 more grams of sugar.

Coke also doesn’t have Vitamin C,D , Folate, Magnesium, Niacin, B6, Calcium, Thiamin etc

The uncle Matt’s is very good. I do think we get better OJ in Florida for sure.

I drink a small glass of Uncle Matt's Organic Orange Juice with pulp just about every morning. I think it's the best OJ ever made.

Stated differently, 1 small cup of orange juice is about 40% of the daily recommended amount of sugar intake

There is no such thing as a daily value for "natural sugar". You can eat as much as you want and be totally fine. The AHA only values sugar intake for "added sugar".

You obviously have no idea what the frick you are talking about.

8 oz of orange juice has 20-24 g of sugar depending on the brand..

16.9 oz of coke has 55g of sugar.
So 8oz had roughly 26-27g of sugar.

They are nearly identical.

Again. Americans fail to understand serving sizes and are unable to read labels. Thus why people are fat as frick.

Starting your day with 20+ grams of sugar is less than ideal, considering most people will take in other junk shite throughout the day.

We even used the frozen little tube that you turn into orange juice with sink water.

OH... I can fondly remember this..

"Mom, I don't feel good. I think I've got fever."

-Yep... go get into bed. I'll make some Orange Juice.

And that's what it was. Every time.

Yes, topping off "recommended breakfasts" consisting of sugar cereal and toast with a big sugar bomb glass of OJ is partially to blame.

You post this and then compare natural sugar to HFCS and still no mention of all of the vitamins, minerals,& antioxidants in orange juice but yea we can't read labels

Sugar and HFCS act the same on body composition...

Having "vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants" does not make it any healthier. The average person gets plenty of vitamins and minerals through their daily diet
