the downfall of chick fil a on college drive

What happened to this place?.. used to be standard chick fil a great service but over the past couple years thing show noticeably gone down hill..
Rude service, incorrect orders, long waits.. you name it.
Right now waiting in line at the drive through and it’s really not that busy yet two of the workers who should be taking orders are just chatting it up.. blaring music on their phones. Anytime they attempt to do their “job” they act like it’s an inconvenience. What happened?

If you report them enough that chick fil a franchisee will lose their franchise. They're different than other franchises cause of their low startup fee and high standards for becoming a partner. In addition, they have to work 40-50 hours in the restaurant, basically as a manager rather than an owner.

Every chick fil a drive thru I roll up into usually is super crowded, making you think you’re going to be waiting forever. Then they have a couple of people with iPads walking through the drive thru line taking orders, and I’m in and out in five minutes.

Never had a problem there. I do think the staff is slightly less personable than other chic-fil-a's, but that doesn't both me.
If anything is wrong with that chic-fil-a, it's that it's on college drive. That road is an absolute shite show.

I find that Baton Rouge fast food establishments have the worst workers and service. The chick Fil a on manhattan in Harvey has mostly messicans and the best service
