Seriously I would like to hear a shrink explain why these women are attracted to kids under 18. What is the psychology behind it? I was 16 once and while I was horny kid, I woulda fricked a chick MUCH better in my 20's because I was far more experienced by then. Not sure why anyone would be attracted to 16 year old me as opposed to 25 year old me.
That said, I don't think this should be illegal. Perhaps she should lose her job, but all of us here understand that we'd all have loved this to have happened to us.

It’s all about a woman’s physical insecurity and her yearning to be desired.
The older a man gets, the more he comes to realize that having sex is easy to do. He begins to, unconsciously, show a higher degree of desire and attention to the more attractive woman in his environment.
Young men (especially pubertal teens) have raging hormones and show extreme attention to any woman that is even moderately attractive.
So for a woman who is either aging (and getting less attention) or a woman who was never that attractive (but is a little older like a high school teacher) - the constant attention from a male is very arousing.
Women love to be adored. Women love to be desired. Women love to be the center of attention. 16 year old boys would hump a knot in a tree. Put them together and you have a lethal combination.
