The last witness made Amber look like the victim with all the hearsay she was doing. JD attorneys looked horrible for most of the Dr's testimony.

Meh, he was on the fence of getting dropped anyway. The Pirates franchise was dying after the trilogy ended.
There were rumors about a female-lead cast for a reboot franchise (which may still be happening). Considering how movies in the not-so-distant past have been doing with female-driven leads, this will probably be a bust too.
