Her first day of testimony she cams across as WAY overselling. She’s a very good talker. Looked at the jury way too much. Felt very unauthentic. Smiled at the jury way too much. It came across like solo theater.
The second day she looked WAY better. The first half anyway. She looked damaged most of the time. Less presenting, more damaged victim.
Then the second half she started overselling that. She acted TOO traumatized. Started looking theaterish again.
I actually believe that’s how she is in real life. She’s whatever you want her to be. Or whatever she thinks you want her to be. Nothing real there.

This shite is stupid and has no reason to be aired live...they will air 2 celebrities in court but not even air the ghlaine maxwell trial???? Ppl please wake up

There are multiple reasons people are watching, the celebrity factor yeah but also people like me that have dated this exact kind of BPD demon from hell. This is also bringing attention to those guys out there that have been ruined by these kind of allegations but weren't fortunate enough to get to tell their side of the story like Depp is with this trial. BPD is a serious mental health issue that I've never heard talked about in the spotlight like this and it's great that more people are googling that term instead of just saying "oh she crazy"
There are also the real victims of DV who were supposed to benefit from the #metoo movement but ended up having their experiences watered down by celebrities and sociopaths like Amber Heard who hijacked it for their own personal gain.

This is from Insider. Things are calming a little bit, so more things like this will probably start to come out. Basically, it’s all of the things we’ve been saying here. Depp will likely lose, but salvaged some of his career, Heard overacted, etc. I feel like they nail a lot in this article.

this is in Virginia state civil court... Heard's team tried to keep the trial from being broadcast but the judge allowed it
the Maxwell trial happened in Federal Court where it's already stated in the books there are no cameras allowed in the courtroom
that's the big difference... which court these cases are happening in

apparently there's a report out saying Heard's team plans on calling Johnny Depp back to the stand at some point as part of Heard's defense/case in chief

The lead lawyer has no understanding of hearsay at all. And it is hurting Heard’s case.
That same lawyer made a leading objection in a question to an expert. GMAFB. And, the question in question was non leading!
