Reports are that are our beloved Faubourg brewery is scaling back and cutting back most production at its iconic New Orleans brewery. It’s the first step in a total shutdown IMO. I really don’t know what kind of beer I’ll be drinking now guys, mourn with me.

Their press release was so strange. Like they wanted to expand but didn't have the room.

That whole series of events was a clown world. How dumb do you have to be to buy a blue collar beer brand then re brand it with a completely different name to support the woke people that don't even drink beer.

Anyone with a brain saw this as the inevitable conclusion. The ONLY reason people bought Dixie beer was for nostalgia purposes. The entire profitability of the company was tied to the name…so they changed it to appease people who didn’t then, nor would ever buy their product in the future. Brilliant!!!

That beer sucks - my grandma worked in the Dixie brewery during WW2 and she wouldn’t drink it either
