And only 14 people missed work to attend the Obama inauguration.

TD posting patterns from 8-5 on weekdays indicate that this is not necessarily so.

Right. That's why Hillary is now President because no one likes him....wait...

No one liked her either. She won the popular vote so that says something. I didn't like either one of them, but Hillary Clinton's popularity was so overrated when in reality many of Trump's votes were not in support of him, but against Hillary.

Hillary didn't get the nomination in 2008, Bernie Sanders won a few states that Hillary thought she had locked up.. Then the whole Benghazi and email situations made her even less popular so Al Sharpton could have been the Republican candidate and he would have probably won.

I missed the part where inauguration attendance correlates with ability to govern.

I like how the first page of this thread is pretty much all the same "job" comment. It's like the Stepford Wives, except they're male football fans

Half of us are typically on the back 9 so it's irrelevant

I went to an inauguration a few years ago, I think everyone should try to do it at least once, it was like a subdued Mardi Gras, and just like the witching hour on Mardi Gras night, it just stopped

I look forward to any excuse to have a good time.

My flight is full of women's marchers hooting and hollering though. That I can do without for the next 3 hours.

The Obama crowd was an outlier when it comes to inaugurations. Not really a fair comparison.

I am sitting in my office at my business posting and watching the events on the TV in my office. It's good to be the boss.

It says that a lot of illegals in Cali voted illegally for fear of being deported. Nothing more.

As much as the whole replicans have jobs and Democrats don't sounds like an exaggerated joke, it's pretty fricking true.

When I see a large gathering of Democrats on TV it's like playing where's Waldo trying to spot an actual employable person.

Ya, I'm heading to DC now for a birthday weekend and I'm curious about the mood tonight. I don't really care about either of these folks but I enjoy a good bit of chaos and people losing their minds.

Tomorrow might be more interesting with the 200K+ that will be there for there Women's March on Washington. I think they're expecting 1300-1400 bus loads of people tomorrow.

my flight home was just that, along with representatives of just about every LGBT, liberal, wacko group that spawned the SJW movement
