The D&D characterization was whatever, but Ed Hardy bros? And math?

You are just full of bad takes.
Someone like him will never run out of money. Assuming he did, there would be a line of people waiting to put him in any game.

Garrett is an emotional bitch at times and blasts off.

Yea I'm sure there are Ed Hardy types that play poker, but I wouldn't say that's a majority description. Plenty of math nerds, frat boys, and white collar/investor dad types out there too. And tons of old guys.

Garrett isn’t a gambling generate. He’s a studied poker player. He also still have over $600k left on the table after the hand. He isn’t emotional at the table. I’ve seen him dust off $500k on stream and laugh and joke like it’s nothing

People with more money than he has ever had have run out of money
You dont melt down all over the internet over a single hand if you are not counting your shekels

I watched it. It was an impossible call with her hand. She's either an idiot or was somehow cheating. By giving back the money, I suspect the latter. No way you give it back otherwise.

What are you his simp or something
You ever see him grind in the poker room on a Tuesday with no cameras where he lost his arse?
His skill. Yeah.
Once again why is he melting down over small amounts of money since he wins always.

Yeah, it's very strange. Unless they really did threaten her and she thought that was her only out. Impossible to know for sure.

quote:HE bluffed and was still the favorite. She called off her stack with air. If she had a 3 which she mentioned and put him on A high then ok. She called with nothing. What hand did she put him on? . She said A high. She loses to that hand and calls? Its nonsensical
So they both bluffed.

This is why I don't bother to explain things to most people. You can break it down and explain it well and still a lot of people are too stupid to get it
That’s exactly what the morons in this thread that “know poker” are arguing

Caraway Rye, just say you believe poker is all luck and people can stop responding to you. You have no idea what you’re even talking about.

That's not a lucky call, it was an idiotic call.
It's called gambling because of, I don't know, chance?

It makes absolutely no sense.
And yet, she won that hand with a jack. You're missing the big point about it didn't make sense: It's a woman.

The best poker players in the world can lose their entire bankroll in the snap of a finger
Poker is a game of chance
You can advantage play only to the level that you get a random draw of cards that is better than the next person
There are thousands of people sitting there for 10 hours a day at Aria churning over the same dollars over and over again

No.
You're using words and you don't know what they mean.
Even Gus Hansen and isildur took a while to blow their whole rolls

He's given the rationale of why it's a terrible call. I've yet to see anyone explain why it's a good call except that she won the hand. That's like saying shoving with AA and getting cracked with trips isn't a good play because you lost.

I don't play - so she beat him with Jack High ?
