I stand by the report that the level 4 containment lab was the work of bioMérieux, Stephane Bancel's former employer. Read the following straight from Wuhan Viral Institute. It states that the lab's design was French and that "Mr. Alain MERIEUX, President of MERIEUX Foundation, and officials from other departments attended the inauguration ceremony, which was hosted by Mr. Yaping Zhang."

bioMerieux is Alain Merieux's company. Stephane Bancel was previously the CEO.

China Inaugurates the first biocontainment level 4 laboratory in Wuhan

If you can debunk the reporting about Ralph Baric's massive dollar amount of grants please do so.

It has been reported that Moderna Corporation paid individual scientists at NIH $700 million. There is no requirement for NIH scientists to disclose the moneys that they receive. In congressional testimony, Anthony Fauci refused to disclose how much he made after Rand Paul tried to get that information.

I passed two morbidly obese black people today on the Lakeshore Trail here in Bham. They were both wearing masks. Outside.

Please share, the only thing I can seem to find is Moderna paying NIH royalties for a tech used in the vaccine.

Or maybe I should ask what do they got out of playing it up?
Messaging.
Their message (spin) ... They were hit with a worse case of what the west was. They dealt with it. The west needs to grow a set, and deal with it as well. (All the while knowing they'd started it, and they'd spread it. Facts from which their messaging distracted)

The masking, 6 feet, vaccine requirements to enter places, etc. Just an insane moment in history. But we never hear about it in the press these days.
I agree but most people participated in it and either don't think it was crazy or will try to say something like we couldn't have known any better at the time.

But it was insane at the time and it is insane looking back on it.

Then you're more stubborn than smart, and you apparently didn't take the energy to check the CIRC-WIV relationship you were spoon fed. As to who attended the WIV opening day party, I couldn't care less.

Regarding Baric, I told you what his role was. What part of that was unclear? Baric could have received 10-fold the grants he did, yet his role in CV19 would be the same. He got a ton of grants. Regardless, he didn't create CV19 (though he easily could have), but he showed the Chinese how to do it in their substandard, unsafe WIV facility.

The latter being the far worse and more cavalier option.

Read to about page 7 earlier today, so sorry if anyone said this.

Son, thankfully, got to play 8/9 tackle football. Blood, sweat, spit, drool, tackling, blocking.......coaches had to wear masks, and at the end, the two teams just got to wave. Could not risk CV through an after-game handshake of good game.

I believe I had Covid at the very early stages of it. Had the fever and trouble breathing everyday for about a week. It was awful. Worse than any kind of flu bug I have had. Once it started expanding everywhere we came to the fact that it must have been Covid. I was very lucky. With me already being sick with my bowels and being a sloppy drunk I’m sure my immune system was pretty poor.

I never had Covid until this January. Actually it started the Monday after New Years. I went have lunch with some friends. I woke up not feeling great, but as the day went on it got worse. At first I thought it was my sinuses, which was also giving me problems. Tuesday and Wednesday it seemed like it was getting worse. I didn't know what it was at the time. I don't get sick that often so that Thursday I felt like I needed to go to the doctor just to see what was going on. They tested for Flu and Covid, Covid came back positive. The doctor said it was too late to give me anything, by Saturday I would no longer be contagious. Get some rest and drink a lot of water.

Monday came around and I was still feeling like shite. I was lethargic, felt dizzy, weak and so when I wasn't feeling better by that Wednesday, I went back. I saw the NP and she said that she has seen people with Covid have symptoms up to 10 days. She wanted to make sure it wasn't something else so she requested an x-ray, if it was clear she would prescribe me a steroid, if it wasn't she would prescribe me an antibiotic. It came back clear. The steroid helped out a lot. It got me out being in the "draggin arse" state, but once I finished it I still felt off for a few days. I think I had something on top of Covid. The NP told me there is the meds for Covid, but its pretty much useless unless you start taking it the day you start, other than that you just ride it out.

People would say "its pretty much life the flu". I don't what it is, but it isn't "pretty much like the flu" at least in my experience. Its feels more like getting hit by a freight train.

know it’s being memory holed because it was especially embarrassing in hindsight to certain powerful groups, but wasn’t that whole period just dumb? The masking, 6 feet, vaccine requirements to enter places, etc. Just an insane moment in history. But we never hear about it in the press these days. We don’t have documentaries about the crazy “first days of COVID.” I wonder when those will start up. Probably never because we’re supposed to forget about it. Seriously that started up less than 5 years ago and it seems like a lifetime ago.

I said it was dumb one week in and got downvoted into oblivion

I finally understood how authoritarian takeovers worked…. Half of your citizenry has to enjoy it. Meaning, it only works because half the population legitimately enjoys using rules to lord over and subjugate the other half, not bc the rules make any sense.

Solzhenitsyn touches on this in The Gulag Archipelago. He recounts how the atrocities in the Soviet Union were carried out by everyday citizens who enjoyed the power of subjugating their fellow citizens. I saw a lot of this during the Covid insanity. There were a lot of people who were happy to finally have power over their fellow citizens.

They might have made the wrong bet, but I can’t unsee what I saw. I will never forget how quickly fear caused people to give up the right to make a living and the right to educate our children. I am forever changed by that.
