Power in numbers. When a couple does something the authorities don’t hesitate to act. It’s easy. When hundreds of ppl do something they just say frick it and make a bunch of excuses for why they didn’t enforce the law. It’s easy.

The funny thing was that it just changed the BLM from yellow to black. You could still visibly see it.
