Hot ones is the future. Sean asks the best questions, and it's fun to watch people die on da bomb.

I think this might kill off the late night show to some extent. Without their audience of clapping seals, it's exposing that these people aren't all that funny or good interviewers. Like NBC has 3 late night talk show hosts. THREE. That third one is going to be gone after this. There will still be the late night shows for old people and SJWs, but does anyone these days say "Hey, did you see the Tonight Show last night?" over the water cooler.

The future is the podcast. You can't manipulate the audience into thinking you're funny when you don't have a laugh track on the background. Like It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, is actually funny and doesn't require this, while the Big Bang Theory it is forced on you when to laugh: Big Bang Theory but with Ricky Gervais as the entire audience.

Jimmy Kimmel who was on a show in the 90s that talked about titties and beer, but that's not relevant.

I had never seen that. Wow, Colbert, loosen up.

He can't. His fanbase won't let him unless it meets SJW approval, and Bill Burr is certainly not SJW approved.

The idiots that went after his role in Tropic Thunder were not bright enough to realize his character was making fun of blackface.

Not only that, but it was a subtle jab at Hollywood character actors (like Downey himself) that'll do anything and everything "edgy" to set themselves apart during award season while being pompous and pious out of the other side of their mouth.

It was a genius role and RDJ nailed it, probably one of my favorite movies because of that. People that hate on him over it don't realize he was poking fun of people just like them, which is what makes it so great.

Think about how dumb the average person is, and realize that half of them are even dumber than that.

I don't know if there's anything to this, but I hope there is. Fallon can get bent after the way he treated Norm MacDonald a year or two ago.

If they're gonna go after him for blackface, Chris Rock is the wrong way because he's a fellow comedian. They need to use the Karl Malone skit.

never thought of Fallon as an outwardly progressive kinda guy
He’s actually somewhat tolerable. Spent a couple of weeks inside a hotel with limited TV options, and there was no way in hell I was gonna watch that asshat Kimmel.

Fallon sort of had that Leno/Letterman feel to his shtick—nothing too overtly political, undoubtedly leftist leaning personally, but basically middle of the road with his comedy.

catching heat on social media over a resurfaced 2000

A 21 year old joke by a comedian that’s wasn’t at all done in bad taste is now sacrilegious death penalty. Hilarious.

Jimmy Fallon shouldn’t be crucified for this at all. I don’t enjoy his show at all but it’s because I find it cheesy shitty comedy not for any political reasons.

Fallon is a leftist now that uses his platform to bash Trump and his supporters.

Like the Gov of Virginia, or Justin Trudeau, he isn't going anywhere.

Leftists don't play their own rules.

See the MeToo movement as another example.

Where are y’all getting this? I am legitimately wondering because I don’t watch his show other than on YouTube and that’s just clips. And I don’t do so often. I have seen some mild jabs at the president, but nothing worse than what was done with Obama or Bush. Are y’all just guessing he does this or do you have proof of some vitriol toward Trump that Fallon has displayed in his show?

I've seen all the late night shows on the major networks and Fallon's jabs are the lightest (and have not really been different than what late night hosts have always done with presidents before Trump). But Colbert, Kimmel and Meyers seem to dedicate half their show to Trump bashing and they seem to get visibly upset about him at times. All their shows seem like the same show.

Yeah Fallon makes jokes about Trump, but Trump makes it easy. Love him or hate him, Trump gives a lot of free material. Fallon makes fun of the president like every other late night show host, ever. He’s nothing like Kimmel who can’t go one minute without doing everything he can to destroy Trump.

Didn't destroy that piece of shite Kimmel or the shitty Va Governor. Either they all go down for it or we acknowledge it isn't that bad and no one goes down for it,
