1. She's not ugly
2. I have no problem with the manipulations if he actually felt a restriction at those levels.
3. It concerns me that her pain was not reproducible during the exam and he went ahead and manipulated anyway. He needs to do a better movement screen to figure out what she is doing mechanically to cause pain so the original problem is going to be fixed.
