No one is demanding a Judeo-Christian framework be imposed on people. They aren't authoritarian zealots like Covidians.
However, there are absolutely discussions about how the absence of a religious framework in people's lives has contributed to societal decline. And I believe there is some merit to that.
There was a Pew research study a couple of years ago that found white liberals are diagnosed with mental illness far more than any other group. And pretty much every study out there also shows that groups who lean furthest left are also the most anti-religious.
If these people became half as passionate about their faith as they are about transitioning children, aborting children, racial equity, or silencing those they disagree with, they might lead happier lives.

Gender Dysphoria and justifying mutilating human bodies, especially those of children, is the mark of not only mental illness, but spiritual WICKEDNESS. People who do such a thing to their children because the underdeveloped brain in a child going through a phase in their life DO NOT deserve to exist on planet earth. They are not only a danger to themselves, and those around them, but their diseased brain is a danger to society on a whole. Such a society that embraces this deserves to be ground zero for a meteor.

Ha! I assume that is a little sarcastic humor on an easy going Saturday.
If not, you may have to remind me of which Christian doctrine authorizes leaders to sodomize 8-12 year olds boys and then cover it up for decades. Southern Baptists are the liberals of religion. Point the finger at others while their own house is just as bad or worse. They pretend to have some moral high ground and righteous indignation toward others. Rampant sex abuse, rape coverup by Paige Patterson that was concealed for many years before finally having to disavow him, hundreds of Southern Baptist Convention church leaders and volunteers being criminally charged with sex crimes just since 2000.

As an atheist with VERY liberal social views, I think some form of a moral framework is needed as well. We can agree or disagree what the foundation comes from, but it seems like some religions (not all) do have some valid ideals. Do I agree with a religion in its entirety? Absolutely not.
