2012 at 36. People don’t understand the power of this investment, I am now thinking of retirement under 55 because I will sell my house, buy another outright. No debt. I can live off peanuts

We all lived in a bad neighborhood at one point unless you were lucky enough to have successful parents that gave you everything.

You have to struggle before you get to the money. Kids today dont want to hear that.

I like the crime riddled comment coming from anyone that lives in Louisiana. You cant move away from crime inside the boot.

1998. 1,197 SF older home that needed some work. Unlike this generation, I didn't feel that I had a right to the same lifestyle as my parents fresh out of college.

I also don’t represent the average person my age and have friends who can’t buy homes. The average person making 70k can’t touch a home these days

We bought our first house in 2005 when I was 27. It wasn't anything special though. 1400 sq ft with vinyl siding for a family of 4.

What benefit do I get from this? I already own a couple homes.

What benefit do you get from denying people affordable homes?

Man there are some pretentious bastards falling out the rafters anytime there is a house price thread.

Go to Zillow and filter for 3b house near you in a livable condition. Prepare for the shock

i would assume when you pretend to be an OT baller, it nets you some additional attention you apparently need.

And the average north American suburban woman thinks that a $400k house at 7.5% is just what it takes to get by these days.

Go to Zillow and check homes near you brother. You’re going to realize that 400k don’t get a lot
