Fortunately, I am in pretty good health but can tell you, as you get older, it does not suck. I am enjoying and embracing the single life in my mid-60's.

After my divorce i went without a gf for four years it was fantastic. Met my now wife dated five years never thought I would get married again but she stayed around we have now been married for six years and all is good. Enjoy your time and when you are ready and find the right one nothing wrong with starting over as a married man again. No rush

How long has it been? 7 hours? 16 days?

Can you go out every night and sleep all day?

Since she's been gone can do whatever U want?
can U see whomever U choose
can U eat Ur dinner in a fancy restaurant?

Will anything take away these blues?

What does it compare 2?

I spend much less on groceries. I don’t like having to cook for one person plus have to clean up the mess. I usually find something healthy to heat up. I can boil some eggs or eat an apple for a snack.

Ever since college I loved going up to women at a bar or coffee shop. I would always practice my intro lines lol

Worked pretty well(you’d be amazed how many women just appreciate a guy coming up complimenting them and not being a tool)

Anyways, been married 17 years and happy, but I do get jealous when I’m out at Starbucks or some random place and see a hot girl sitting by herself

I like sitting on the porch with my wife bitching about kids sports, drinking a beer or 2.

Pretty boring by yourself

I agree 100%.

Single life is amazing. The only reason I want to give it up is because I want kids.

Marry the right one, and it isn't boring...

Much prefer being married, and I'll marry again.

Advantages:
1. My schedule is MY schedule.
2. I get WAY more sleep.
3. No one hassles me about a night out with friends.
4. I don’t have to take trips to hobby lobby during sporting events
5. I eat what I want

Disadvantages:
1. No plus one to events
2. There’s a lot of activities that don’t feel right doing alone
3. Many experiences feel hollow if they’re not shared
4. No one is waiting for you at home, just chores.
5. You have to actively choose and make concerted effort to have any social interaction.
