My international travel has been somewhat pathetic but I've traveled the US extensively. My dad loved to travel when I was a kid and I did it for work for a decade. I've been to 47 states.

At least not the residential areas of them. Where I live in Scottsdale borders right next to Salt River Reservation(I can walk a couple blocks from my house and technically be on rez land). Rez folks were smart and have been allowing a lot of Scottsdale businesses to build on the bordering parts(still policed by Salt River police and they don't allow alcohol to be sold at businesses except bars/restaurants). But you drive past that...like night and day from my neighborhood and rez neighborhoods.

A lot of them are just really lazy and content to live off the money they get from the government and the tribe. Alcohol and drug abuse also run rampant on the rez.
They get free money, assisted or even free housing, and completely free healthcare (IHS--Indian Health System). They can also get most of their college education paid for if they took advantage of it. Former friend of mine that is 100% Navajo did this.

Not sure if Navajo but the only attractive female American Indian I’ve seen was in the show Yellowstone.
