Warren wasn't great by any means but I find it hard to believe that it's the 9th shittiest city in the country. I remember the first time I worked in Youngstown I saw houses with steel cages around their central ac units because people would steal them

Warren is an absolute shite hole. Youngstown has some cool things going for it at least. They've done a lot to treat down blighted buildings and try to bring back downtown. The Covelli Center has some decent concerts, I usually go to one every other year or so.

My delta hometown stood in for 1950's Wheeling, WV.
