It's more like 40 having to get through the backroads to it from 61. And, it's one of the more affordable places to live in West Feliciana price per square foot since the golf course starting having uncertainty and closed. It's still expensive relatively speaking. If the golf course ever comes back (don't see it happening anytime soon) I'd definitely join with my proximity and consider moving there.

I'm surprised The Sanctuary, Beau Chene, River Club and TCE on the Northshore did not make the list. Water front lots in TCE are going for almost $2 million when available.
