I know I'll see them again in heaven.

Mostly in the hospital, seeing just a shell of such a once robust person. It's difficult.

Do a great job of disposing of the body.
Air-tight alibi.
Make sure phone doesn't automatically backup with incriminating photos.
Clean under nails with bleach.

Depends on the reason.
Death would obviously be emotional but if we're both still alive and I'm definitely never seeing that person again, chances are it's by choice so I can't imagine being too broken up about it.

I remember them and how much we have endured and hold on for a minute and then let them go. I know that they have somehow changed me wether i know it at the moment or not.

It's always sad, many times tearful, but you move on.

The most difficult one for me was about 17 or 18 years ago. A friend of mine was dying of AIDS. I a not comfortable around sick people.
In his room I made a lot of small talk and joked that I was the only lawyer he knew who made house calls. I talked with him for a while. He could hardly breath, much less speak. I told him it was time for me to go and that I'd see him again soon. And I left.
As I walked to the elevator I thought to myself that I could not leave him like that. I do not know where I got the courage, but I went back to his room and said, "You know, unless I get hit by a Metro bus on the way back, you are going to see God before I do. Tell Him I said 'hi'". I kissed his forehead and left.
I went to his Memorial Service the following week. I am still happy that I was able to comfort him a bit -- but it was damned uncomfortable.

This happened to me too in 1985. What we (the world) knew about AIDS was much more limited then. It was only me and another childhood friend who visited him out of everyone he grew up with. Very sad, I hadn't thought of this in many years. I hope we did him some good there at the end.
Well I've got this going for me if there's an afterlife.

Happened to me twice, once in high school and once in college.
In high school I spent some time thinking about it and went in with the slick plan to say "see you later" but she said it first
Can't remember what I said in college

I used to feel like a horrible person when I kicked a bad friend out of my life.
Now... bye Felicia.
As far as people dying, I've never been put in that situation.

I keep thinking of all the times I thought I was saying goodbye for good but then they turned back up in my life.
