Geez how sour did your most recent case go?

Kidding, don’t care. Injury attorneys drive this state’s insurance problem and the mentality of folks to throw suits at the wall like pasta

Is the answer to whatever question you were positing

That cocksucker motherfricker Michael Hingle that runs a loud arse blaring bugle commercial on the morning news early in the morning needs to die.

They’re a reason my auto insurance rates are high, and their network with legislators is a reason the laws won’t change to lower the rates.

I get the sanctimony as directed toward insurance carriers overall, but once the case is filed I've very rarely witnessed the truly loathsome insurance defense attorney or in-house counsel.

Granted I don't practice on either side.

But most of the time when I hear this self-righteous disgust from P counsel it's pure acting because a defense counsel isn't serving up limits on some soft tissue fender bender.

I’ve long said the practice would be much better if insurance defense attorneys and PI attorneys switched places for a year or so.

O/p must not be any good. Otherwise he’d own 80% of the Billboards in his state.

Because, if you can be honest with yourselves, you will recognize that you and your ilk exaggerate in a large percentage of your cases. Your favorite adjectives are "excruciating" and "severe." The public knows this as well.

The ads also promote accidents as lottery tickets and they suggest you turn immediately to a trial lawyer before you even hear from the insurance company. One clown states "Go big!" in his ad. That's sickening.

and have yall's car insurance rates gone down? i thought for sure after the "tort reform" package last year that they would certainly come down....
Then you are a dipshit if you expect a decrease due to a law that has been in force for less than 1 year. You're being dishonest I see.

I'm sure there are some valid cases but I'd be willing to bet more of them than not are of this variety.

You ambulance chasers are ruining this state and driving up insurance costs through the roof. Love "G" and his new "ridshare injury" billboards. You are the reason they keep shutting schools down. You actually deserve all the bad juju coming your way. You do not provide a service. You cause havoc.

And plaintiff’s attorneys who take 40% plus expenses have your best interests at heart?

Exactly. Many PI lawyers send out their form letters demanding policy limits without even knowing what the limits are.

Completely agree! These billboard attorneys fund their materialistic lifestyle off the backs of people who are on food stamps, too lazy to work so are home on couch watching tv all day when not dealing with their 10 different baby mommas bs!
Actually, those are the tools they use to fund their lifestyle off of those of us who work and pay our insurance. They are very much like a leech.

Bates vs State Bar of Arizona was the worst thing that ever happen to the reputation of the profession.

I wrote but deleted a TL:DR post because it all comes back to the statement above in the end.

BTW my deleted post would have pissed off pretty much everyone and it has been a long day in the salt mines and I don't wanna sit around and defend it, plus I can't think off a jackass client to bill it to right now.
