Seems like one of those situations where certain people would bash him no matter what he did.
Say something and people would be all "he's sticking his nose into something without all the facts and trying to rig the results.
Let the investigation unwind and people are like "he KNEW and didn't say anything."

Letting the proper due process and legal investigation take its course =/= allowing a public cover up.
The statement he received in the text seems factual. Furthermore, the Governor had no testimony to give since he had no first hand knowledge of the incident.
And finally, the fact that this Greene case has become some big shameful “cover up” is absurd. Greene died from injuries sustained from the accident he had in fleeing from police and still resisting after her crashed. The fact that the troopers had to get physical with the guy because he was resisting is perfectly normal to me. Don’t fight the cops and the cops won’t fight you.

If he died shortly after the crash and before EMS arrived isn’t it fair to say he “died from a car crash”?
