The sad truth is that they were also likely victims of some form of sexual abuse in their youth and they can no longer see the consequences of their actions or can and willfully ignore them the way predators (males and female) are known to do.
It's pretty messed up and I think it speaks to a larger issue of mental health in our society today.
or not...what do I know?

Recently the substitute teacher in Houma that was doin 3 students from a few years ago will not do time ,not register as a sex offender, and can't teach again.
