Bars (defined as 51% or more revenue from alcohol) must close at noon today, and can remain open only for delivery and take-out
Restaurants must reduce capacity back to 50% beginning Monday
Closure of rafting and tubing businesses
Outdoor gatherings of more than 100 people must be approved
This is due to positive test rate going above 10 percent

Where were they with restaurants? Louisiana is at 50% for restaurants so I assumed Texas was as well??
