Karmelo was sentenced to 35 years in prison for the murder of that young man under the tent that day. Cayson Allison was sentenced to 10 years for the murder of a latino classmate in a bathroom in Texas the same exact year, in fact he stabbed him 4 times after inviting him into the bathroom. Both 17, one has to do 5 year with a premeditated convicted charge, the other 17 years. I wonder why Murica lol

Did you purposely leave out the fact that there was testimony that Ramirez had pulled a gun on Allison previous to the day of the fight and they had a long history? And Allison was cornered by 5 people before (I know the race baiters tried to convince everyone this happened to Melo but it didn't). Ramirez actually also punched Allison too.
They were also convicted of different offenses. Allison got the max for what he was convicted of.
If you want a better apples to apples comp there is Raul Rodriguez who provoked unsuspecting victims into what he assessed was a self defense scenario. Like Anthony, there was not a long-standing conflict and mutual aggression over a significant period of time.
Instead, Raul was upset at the loudness of the neighbor's birthday party and went to incite a conflict. In so doing he provoked them into engaging with him at which point he stated that he would shoot, and subsequently fired his weapon, killing one and injuring two.
The first trial in I think 2012 sentenced him to 40 years in prison. He eventually had a retrial and was sentenced to life in prison.

Texas retains the right to divide itself into 5 flawed systems

this ladies and gentlemen is what we call, “cherry picking”. So let me follow that up with a few questions:
Were they convicted of the same offense? Was one a plea deal? Were the sentencing ranges the same? What aggravating or mitigating factors did the judge consider?

Go ahead and tell us your hypothesis. Racism, am I right?
More likely, the sentences are different due to differing circumstances and charges. Cayson was charged with unintentional criminal negligent homicide while "Melo" was charged with intentional murder.

this is a drive-by shite post copied and pasted from Reddit. He/She/They/Them won’t be back to defend it.

racism against mexicans is all your so-called evidence supports
And in Texas that's not racism, that's remembering the Alamo

Were you sitting in court so you could fairly compare and contrast the cases ?
Or did you just make up a bunch of nonsense.

If you wondered, why did you not look into the facts of both cases? That would have easily explained the difference.
But since you didn’t or deliberately chose to exclude that natural path to satisfying your curiosity, it comes across as a highly predictable attempt to insinuate some form of disparate treatment.
Do you wonder why so many people fatigued over that shite reach the same conclusion over your obvious simple minded, indoctrinated insinuation ?

Yeah, that's not at all what you were implying with your post

A better question would be: why are leftists such dishonest scumbags?

If the OP is a progressive, then yes, they purposely left it out.
Progressives are evil and need to be treated as such in every instance. Do not give them the grace they refuse to give you.

He has a future in the news media.

Speak your truth, young man. Karmelo is innocent. He was convicted by the hand of Trump.

Now go look up the Anthony's plea deal. It really wasn't a lot like no more than 10 yrs. He had 2 choices that screwed him that he can't take back. First is the murder and second declining the plea deal.
