Now go look up the Anthony's plea deal. It really wasn't a lot like no more than 10 yrs

Wait what? I thought I read that no plea deal was ever offered and when his attorneys tried to reach out for one they were denied by prosecutors. They had an iron clad murder conviction

Stop learning your facts from social media propaganda. Cayson Allison had his life threatened at gunpoint, and decided he was not going to be the one to go down.

The other guy sits under a tent with a group of strangers without asking first. Refuses to leave when asked. Bowes up when confronted. Then murders the guy for speaking angrily to him.

Somehow you think the first one is worse. You’re literally making your decisions 100% based on race while simultaneously blaming the others as deciding based on race.

Admit to yourself that you’re being played by propaganda. Thats the first step.

The demand for racism far exceeds the supply.

one has to do 5 year with a premeditated convicted charge
This is what you call criminally negligent homicide???Can you name what criminal homicide charge in Texas requires premeditation?

after inviting him into the bathroom.

You are making this up or blindly following someone who is lying to you.

Most people are more rational and objective than you and can spot the key differences easily.

Bittle was also in the bathroom with Allison the day of the stabbing. He testified that although Allison and Ramirez had planned to fight, it wasn't supposed to happen at school. The two entered a school restroom and were surprised to find Ramirez and four of his friends inside. According to Bittle, he and Allison attempted to leave after using the restroom but were blocked by Ramirez and his friends.

Ramirez then punched Allison, Bittle said. When Bittle tried to intervene, he was hit by another student. This was confirmed by video taken on a cell phone, which was replayed in court.

In no reality was Austin doing anything close to what Ramirez was doing. Ramirez and friends actually blocked Allison from leaving the restroom and started the fight. Ramirez instigated the conflict which is what Anthony did and not Austin. There was an actual video taken that proved the perp’s account of events up thru Ramirez throwing the first punch and Allison retaliation with his knife.

The knife wounds were given in an actual fight started by Ramirez throwing a punch at Allison after not letting Allison leave restroom and were not a sucker knifing direct to the heart that no one including the victim was expecting after perp was asked to leave another team’s area multiple times.

Karmelo was sentenced to 35 years in prison for the murder of that young man under the tent that day. Cayson Allison was sentenced to 10 years for the murder of a latino classmate in a bathroom in Texas the same exact year, in fact he stabbed him 4 times after inviting him into the bathroom. Both 17, one has to do 5 year with a premeditated convicted charge, the other 17 years. I wonder why Murica lol

They had a lawyer on youtube that covered this pretty well. It really depends on a multitude of factors. Public perception and actions play a big role in a case like this. The Anthony family did themselves absolutely no favors by not acting contrite, not offering condolences, not offering to pay funeral expenses, hiring a racist felon as their public spokesperson, calling the cops on Austin's dad when he wanted to attend the prayer service, etc. He went through several examples of prominent cases where defendants got way less time than expected due to willingness to cut checks and public acts of contrition.

racism against mexicans

Mexican is not a race. It’s a nationality. Why can’t people distinguish the difference between nationality and race?

If you want a better apples to apples comp there is Raul Rodriguez who provoked unsuspecting victims into what he assessed was a self defense scenario. Like Anthony, there was not a long-standing conflict and mutual aggression over a significant period of time.

The father in law of the guy he killed and who's house it happened at (it was his granddaughter's birthday party) worked for me at the time it happened. You want to talk about a messed up situation. He told me the whole story at work the Monday immediately following what happened. I will never forget the shell shocked look on his face and the tears he shed that morning. Glad they put that nut away forever.
