He’s using Budesonid, an asthma medicine, used in a nebulizer. Use an inhaled anti-inflammatory to fight a virus that inflames the respiratory system.

Summary: nebulized budesonide.
It probably works in that it keeps patients off the vent which is a death sentence on COVID.

Haven’t watched the whole thing yet. Find it interesting that the Dr is from Midland. They have a very low fatality rate for COVID. There are currently 14 or 15 fatalities right now and I think it was 11 or 12 back in May. They don’t have the number of cases like Houston but they are having an increasing number of cases recently

Yeah, naturally it will help with the inflammation but a cure for the actual virus? I don't think that's how it works.
