Most places serve pickles with BBQ. I've had some that serve it with onions too

When I moved to AL, I got homesick for some BBQ. Bought a pulled pork sandwich, and they had it covered up with dill pickles and sauce. I took one bite and threw it in the garbage. That's when I bought my smoker so I could just do it myself. Now, everyone I feed here tells me I should open a BBQ place.
