You missed out on the greatest sandwich of our time, the McRib.

The McRib is in its own category. It doesn't really qualify as BBQ. I have torn a few up in my day though.

Ugh, pressed and formed meat from who knows where served by underpaid workers.

Probably the worst thing served by McDonald's which says a lot.

Off The Bone is on S. Lamar in Dallas. Longoria's is in Ft. Worth, has the best sausage you'll ever eat (no comments please Sabi).

pickles and onions with bbq

I would consider this standard. The condiments bar should have a couple of different bbq sauces, pickles, onions and jalapenos.

Bought a pulled pork sandwich, and they had it covered up with dill pickles and sauce. I took one bite and threw it in the garbage.
What? Why?

Texas BBQ is the best.

Apparently it's the 4th best which is strange. Tennessee has the best.....apparently.

Texas BBQ sucks to me. I hate the texas style baked beans for starters.

Stopped at a Buc-Ees for the first time last week when my boss and I were driving back from a meeting in La Porte. BBQ beef sandwich was slamming. Can't wait for the one on Millerville to open.

Edit: it had pickles and onions on it and it was yum
