Well, considering they will need overnight charging to go a couple of hundred more miles, they will likely attract telsa drivers.

They should add super chargers to every Kroger, Publix, Wal Mart and Target parking lot.

They are everywhere, they can usually spare 10 or so parking spaces, they are usually well lit, and they offer things to do for the riders while their cars charge (shopping, dining at one of the outparcel restaurants, etc.). The downtowns of smaller cities/towns are also ideal locations.

Tesla drivers are a captive audience at these chargers. If you have a restaurant and want steady traffic.....maybe consider applying to have a Supercharger installed.

Your Poli-addled brain is painfully simple.

I don't have strong feelings about EVs.

I’ve read that nearly half of all UK citizens drive EVs.

Where exactly did you read that?

I'm seeing EVs making up 16.2% of car registrations in the UK, with plug-in Hybrids adding another 6.2%. Combined, that's 22.4%...which is less than 1/4. So...less than 1/2 of 1/2. It's still a larger number than I would have thought.

You realize that people have the right to buy whatever car they want, right? This may be hard for you to comprehend, but millions of people want to drive a Tesla. Are you saying they shouldn’t have that option?

Not off tax the backs of taxpayers. In fact they need to be getting taxed on road use.

Live here, false. Only have one friend that owns an electric Porsche. No one else I know owns one. None on my road. You see some, sure - but not nearly the amount you are stating.

You'll have to provide appetizers, salads, meals, coffee and dessert to get the user to the next restaurant.
